Franchising is a business model defined by Law n. 8955 1994 as the system whereby a franchisor grants the franchisee the right to the trademark or patent use, associated with the right of exclusive distribution or exclusive semi products or services and possibly also the right deployment technology use and business administration or operating system developed or held by the franchisor, through direct or indirect remuneration, without, however, be characterized employment (art. 2). Despite this relationship between Franchisor and Franchisee is often an adversarial relationship, we work to resolve cases in the best way for both, seeking a strategic and creative solution for each issue.
